I particularly enjoyed the falconry display. It showcased excellent skill. archery was available on the grounds, a unique addition to the stay. the spa offered a range of treatments, a relaxing option after a day of exploring. i appreciated the historical charm the castle maintained (it really reminded me of stepping back in time).
the wifi signal in certain areas of the castle was occasionally weak.

the staff was helpful in providing directions to local attractions. breakfast service began promptly each morning at the scheduled time. i found the staff particularly attentive to any specific dietary requirements.

The dungeon restaurant was a highlight. The food tasted excellent.
i emailed the hotel directly with concerns but received no response. the bathroom blind did not fully cover the window, a major issue. other guests in my party experienced issues too.. my sister's shower caused condensation, and my grandparents had no hot water.

the themed room had characteristic furnishings and exposed stone walls.
Most staff looked disinterested and unfriendly, surprising. the bathroom tap turned the wrong way, a detail easily fixed. breakfast was underwhelming. The potato cake was consistently overcooked.

The grounds evoked such romance. I appreciated a luxurious Aqueous Spa treatment. It revitalized me. The Dungeon Restaurant was amazing!!! The food had flavors, which I loved.
The minibar was not restocked daily.
